office, workshop, training centre is located at the Puchong interchange on a 38 acre land. The Cogeneration / District Cooling
Plant supplies chilled water as well as electricity to the whole engineering complex.
Opened on December 1998, Tractor Engineering Complex is the largest and most advanced office building using
Total Energy Solution technogy.
Cogeneration plant constructed between 1997 to 1998, the plant is the first kind of facility to be completed
in the region. It is designed to be the
the distribution cogeneration system's sole supplied for chilled water and electricity to the whole of the
complex.
The plant's capacity is 900 RT of chilled water and 1.25 Megawatts of electricity.
