
Putrajaya is the new Malaysian Federal Government's Administrative Centre located
at the hub of the Multimedia Super Corridor, 25 km from Kuala Lumpur.
Putrajaya has a number of precincts to be developmed in phases over a 20-year period, with the implementation
of District Cooling System
Developed as an Intelligent City in the Garden.
Development is broken into:
- Government Precinct (Precinct 1)
- Peripheral Area (Residential Areas + Precinct 5)

Majutek has proven it's capabilities by designing and implementing the Cogeneration and
District Cooling System Plant:
- Wisma Putra
- Putrajaya Convention Centre projects.

District Cooling System Plant 1
Located in the Government Precinct, Plant 1 was constructed between 1997 and
1998.

Thermal Energy Storage:
18,000RTA
As the development of Putrajaya progress,
more DCS of varying capacities will be constructed to meet the increase demand for chilled water for air condioning purposes.
